Helping Families at ChristmasThe atmosphere was alive with the anticipation of Santas arrival. YOUR Rotary club had the privilege of honoring four families from Pre-K for SA South with Christmas presents for the children and gift cards for the parents. Thank you to Rotarians Miguel and Belinda Gonzales' daughters, Isabella and Irie for being Santa's elves for the night. And the very talented Mike Davis for playing Santa and entertaining everyone with Santa-like antics. Dinner was served at Taquila Mexican Restaurant, 1059 SE Military Dr., along with two of the four families.  |

SA South Brought Santa to Pre-K for SA Campus The Rotary Club of San Antonio South sponsored two families for Christmas. Both families have children that attend the Pre-K for SA South Education Center.

Rotary SA South Provides Vocational Scholarships Scholarships are needed year-round. Many students at vocational schools need just that little extra push to help them over the line to success. The Rotary Club of San Antonio South awarded multiple students with that extra push at The College of Health Care Professions. |

Blood Drive Project
I would like to thank those that donated blood today at our scheduled blood drive. You should be proud to know that you have contributed to the health and well-being of the patients in our community. Thanks to the caring and commitment of blood donors like you, many lives are saved daily. You may be interested to know that most of the blood we collected is used within 48 hours, going to leukemia and other cancer patients, surgical patients, accident victims, and many others. Again, thank you. We look forward to your continued support at our service projects. |
